Tap the contact you want to edit. tap edit . if asked, choose the account. enter the contact’s name, email, and phone number. to enter more information, tap more fields or the down arrow . to change the photo for a contact, tap the photo, then choose an option. tap save. add a contact to your favorites. On my android 2.3 phone i've exported my contacts and imported them on my new android 4.4 phone, a motorola g. unfortunately, i found no way to edit the contact. when i open the "phone" application from the main screen, i click "all contacts" (translated) to get the list of all contacts.. Now that the phone's activated, i can hold down pressed on the number and 'edit it before calling' , but i still can't figure out how to edit the name or just delete the contact. the 'me' jumbled letters is gone now that i activated the phone and are replaced with my #..
